Warranty and Returns

All products sold by Nagano Pezzo Master LLC come with a three-month factory defect warranty from the date of purchase. In addition, we offer a one-year warranty for wear and tear of essential parts. To validate the warranty, products must have been used according to the instructions provided and must not have undergone alterations or misuse.

In case of a factory defect, the customer must contact Nagano Pezzo Master LLC to initiate the return process and repair or replacement of the product. It is the customer's responsibility to return the product in the same condition in which it was received, along with all original accessories and packaging.
